Since graduating from university in 2003 with degrees in both business marketing and accounting/finance, I have honed my skills in both financial advising creative brand management. My colleagues in the past always appreciated how I could improve workflow efficiency while remaining a positive, engaging, inspiring environment.
My accessibility and independence serve me well: when the moment calls for me to be right in the middle of the entire team, I love it. When everyone has heard enough and is ready to start working at their desks, I can continue leading by setting the tone: a highly focused, yet relaxed office atmosphere.
I hold a professional portfolio and industry experience over a 20 year span, my area of expertise would include but not limited to Hotel Revenue Management, Commercial Sales and Project Management. My biggest strength is how I can relate equally to accounting and creative marketing teams. With the accounting teams, I can talk about the “hard numbers” and the structure of financial ledgers going through the company. When directing creative marketing teams, I can lead meetings focused on applying the best ideas, practices, and protocols to your hotel business model.
By bringing these multiple departments together under my guidance and direction, everyone on your team will feel like not only are they being personally heard by the head consultant, but that they have a vital important function to the team that, when done well, serves to benefit the entire group.

Throughout my career, I have worked for a number of world-renowned brands, notably the Hilton, IHG, Accor, Radisson & some UK-leading luxury chains such as Lion Quays, Bespoke and Grange Hotels. Some of the reputable hotels that I have managed in the past includes the London Hilton on Park Lane, Trianon Palace, Versailles - a Waldorf Astoria hotel and the Hilton London Tower Bridge. I have also successfully completed 3 pre-openings, 2 openings and 1 brand transition. My most recent success was at The Trafalgar St James London, a Curio Collection by Hilton, where my expertise and strategic mindset led to an exponential growth in revenue of +50% YOY in 2018 and +12% YOY in 2019.
